Katie’s Original PALEO Pumpkin Bread

I was attempting to locate a recipe online for making Paleo Pumpkin Bread and didn’t seem to find a recipe with ingredients that I have on hand, so, I single-handedly created the most AMAZING Paleo Pumpkin Bread!!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1.5 t Baking Soda
  • .5 t Salt
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 15 oz can of Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 T Raw Honey
  • 1 Banana, Mashed
  • 1 T Melted Coconut Oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Combine all wet ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend for three minutes, or until very smooth
  3. Add wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry and mix until combined
  4. Greese one standard size loaf pan and pour mixture in
  5. Bake at 350 for 48 minutes
