Friday Fit Tip

Friday is generally a pretty packed day for me. It is very easy to go to quick, unhealthy options when you are rushing on to the next task. Quick does not have to equal unhealthy. This is my lunch today that I prepared in approximately 2 minutes and ate while on a conference call (don’t worry, I muted my phone)

1 Piece Toasted Rye-ola (Sunflower bread)


1 Ounce Cheddar Almond Cheese

1/2 an Avocado (with sea salt – of course!)
